Project Description
Travellizy is a flight booking platform aimed at enhancing user experience.
My task was to simplify the registration process to increase conversion and user retention.
I was responsible for redesigning the registration form and optimizing the onboarding flow

Challenges
A complex registration form with 9 mandatory fields led to a 70% user drop-off rate.
Low conversion rate (2.5%) and high bounce rate (60%) due to lengthy form completion (over 2 minutes).
The need to collect additional data (phone, country) while maintaining simplicity.
Solution
I designed a minimalist registration form with 3 fields (email, password, name).
Additional data (country, phone) was moved to profile settings.
I added Google and Facebook login options to streamline onboarding.
The form was tested to reduce completion time to 30 seconds.
Results
Average registration time dropped to 30-60 seconds
Drop-off rate decreased from 70% to 25%
Bounce rate decreased from 60% to 35%
The conversion rate increased from 2.5% to 15% due to the simplified process
